haha...mahirap yan... basta ako when i used to go to the gym..for bodybuilding..i eat everything and anytime i want, basta...iburn lang s pamamagitan ng pag wowork-out..of course para mabilis na results..sabayan ng supplement (like ripped fuel or fat burner) mejo me konting side effect lang ung ripped fuel...palpitations.
and my tips on how to have a gorgeous abs...
(actually this is one of my best assets..4- pack abs)
stop smoking
i eat only half cup of rice daily
work out at least 3x a week
crunches are very essential
hanging leg raises are the best work out to attain a flat lower abdomenal area but u need to work out your arms as well to be able to lift yourself up... ;D
