Some Tips how to get rid of blemish
The worst thing you can do to a blemish is to constantly touch or squeeze it. This can cause it to get even more irritated or worse, leave a scar that wonft go away.
A blemish or pimple is actually trapped bacteria and oil under the skin that causes the upper skin layer (the epidermis) to react by becoming red, inflamed and rose. Sometimes the best way to treat it is to let the body take its natural course of combating the foreign particles. But nonetheless, here are some tips to help speed up the process.
œ Aspirin is a natural anti-inflammatory substance. And though we use it to combat headaches or hangovers, when applied topically it can actually help combat redness, as well. If youfre not allergic to aspirin, this tip can help flatten the blemish sooner than expected. You may purchase standard aspirin (without the coating) at any drugstores. Add bit of water to one tablet (a few drops should do) to make it a paste. Before sleeping at night, apply the paste onto the blemish. It will dry and cling to the skin, but some particles might fall off on to your pillow. IN the morning, rinse off. Youfll immediately see an improvement.
œWhen it comes to topical ointments that you can use to help dry the blemish out, I would recommend anything with salicylic acid as the active ingredients like sulfur cause the blemish to ripen and pop, and benzoyl peroxide can make the blemish dark, especially on morena skin. There are some very good ointments out there with salicylic acid that cause the skin to naturally exfoliate, so be sure to read instructions and only apply as often as prescribed. Overdosing might leave you with burned skin.
œA concealer with an anti-infammatory ingredients like tea tree oil (both the Body Shop and Bobbi Brown carry such products) is also a good way of hiding the blemish, while at the same time helping heal it throughout the day. Good luck!
I hope it will help you a lot I just read it in a Magazinec
