Go to your friendster Profile
Customise tab..

First you need to host yor mp3 songs at some sites ...
then

Adding video/audio to your page:
Copy and paste the tag code into to your page, example of video tag code: <EMBED SRC="mymovie.mov" WIDTH=100 HEIGHT=100>
Save your changes and refresh your page to view your changes.
